The project consisted of finishing and special installations of a building with a high standard of quality, with 8 floors and 4 underground levels, with approximately 2700 m2 above the ground and 1400 m2 below. This project included: execution of masonry with thermal bricks, waterproofing and insulation, masonry in "Lioz de Fervença", varnished moisture resistant MDF carpentry, security and fire doors, steel frames, aluminum frames with thermal cut, guards and guard-rails in glass and aluminum frame or laminated glass, acoustic insulation with drywall, ceramic coating, sucupira (Pterodon emarginatus) wood flooring, exterior façade ventilated with "Lioz de Fervença" and sanitary equipment.

Special installations networks included water network, sewage, gas, HVAC, fire network, electrical installation and ITED, security and solar heating.
