Building located on Major Kanhangulo Street, near the Luanda waterfront. It is a building designed for housing and offices with 27 floors above ground and with 2 floors underground. 8 floors of the building are for offices with 1.229 m² per floor, and the 13 upper floors are for housing, with 144 apartments of typologies 1BR to 4BR.

The FCM executed all the formwork, namely the execution of the reinforced concrete core with climbing system totaling 23,700m2 of formwork and 3,350m3 of concrete application. The formwork was carried out for the lifts and ladders of the entire construction area.
